Warehouse Onboarding Guide for FBPI Sellers

This guide explains how sellers can independently create, configure, and activate an integration warehouse (FBPI) using the Warehouse Automation Tool directly accessed from Namshi Partner Platform. The tool simplifies the onboarding process by enabling end-to-end warehouse setup without manual coordination.

ℹ️ Note: The flow is designed for self-service, allowing sellers to complete all steps independently unless assistance is needed.


Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure the following:

  1. You have a valid Partner ID

  2. Your store project is created and visible under your Partner account


Create a New Integration Warehouse

  1. Log in to Seller Lab

  2. Click on the ☰ icon on the top left → Namshi.com → Fulfilled by Partner Integration → Warehouse

  3. A new page will show up where you’ll see all the FBPI warehouses created for the partner. Click on the Add New Warehouse button to create a new one.

  4. A new page will open, prompting you to enter the Warehouse Name and select the Country where the warehouse is located..

  5. Click Create Warehouse

  6. After the warehouse is created, a confirmation will appear at the top of the page. Click Configure Warehouse to continue the setup.

  7. The next step is to configure the warehouse. 


Configure Integration Warehouse

  1. On the Integration Warehouse page, select the warehouse you’ve created and click Configure Warehouse to proceed.

  2. A warehouse settings page will open, displaying the warehouse name, onboarding status, warehouse status, and country on the left panel. Click Choose Integrator to proceed.

  3. A pop-up will appear with two options: Integrator and Webhook.

    1. If you select Integrator, you can choose from a list of integrators partnered with Namshi using the drop-down menu. Click OK to confirm the process.

    2. If you prefer to build the integration yourself, you can select the Webhook option. For more information on how this works, please contact your Namshi account manager.


Add General Configurations

  1. On the warehouse settings page, you can click on Warehouse General Configuration

  1. A new page will open where you’ll be required to add the Processing Time and Delivery Model.

  2. Add Processing Time (optional)

    1. Click Add Processing Time to set your processing time ( the time required to hand over packed shipments to Namshi)

b. When the pop-up appears, choose the processing time from the drop-down and click Submit.

  1. Add Delivery Model (required)

  1. Click Add Delivery Model

  2. In the pop-up that appears, select the delivery model that best suits your business and click Submit.

  3. Delivery Model Options

    1. Namshi Domestic Logistics – Non-Bulky (UAE / KSA / EG) - Choose this if you want Namshi to handle your logistics for non-bulky items.

    2. Namshi Domestic Logistics – Bulky (UAE / KSA / EG) - Choose this if you want Namshi to handle your logistics for bulky items.

    3. Namshi International Logistics (UAE / KSA) - Choose this option for international or cross-border shipping.

  4. Once the Delivery Model is selected, the status will be Inactive

Add Warehouse Address & Preference (Under Delivery Model)

To complete the warehouse setup, you need to follow these simple setup.

After clicking the delivery model you’ve selected, a pop-up will appear asking you to enter the required configurations for that model.

  1. Add Delivery Details

    1. Click on the Delivery Details

    2. A new page will open where you’ll need to provide the Warehouse POC details and the Warehouse Location

      1. Fill in the Contact Details, including the warehouse contact person’s name, and verify both the email address and phone number using an OTP.

      2. Next, scroll down to update the pin location and warehouse address details. Select the correct pin on the map and click Confirm Location.

  2. Add Handover Type

    1. Click on Handover Type

    2. Choose the appropriate shipping method:

      1. Pickup: Namshi collects shipments directly from your warehouse.

      2. Drop-off:  you handle the delivery to the Namshi warehouse through your own logistics.

    3. Click Save Changes

  3. Add Manifestation Type

    1. Click on Manifestation Type Tab

    2. Choose between Count-based or Open manifest options, then click Save Changes.

      1. Count-based Manifest: Create manifests with a fixed number of shipments.

      2. Open Manifest: Create manifests without any shipment count limits

    3. Click Save Changes

  4. Add Return to Origin

    1. Click on Return to Origin Tab

    2. Choose how you want to receive RTOs:

      1. Pickup:  you collect returns from the Namshi warehouse.

      2. Drop-off:  Namshi delivers returns to your warehouse.

    3. Click Save Changes

  5. After completing and saving all four sections, the delivery model status will change from Inactive to Active.

6. Once you get back to the warehouse setting, the warehouse status will change from Inactive to Active.
