This is intended for sellers who wish to sell brands that are not yet whitelisted on their account. It provides guidance on creating and submitting brand whitelisting requests, monitoring their progress, and managing whitelisted brands.
To sell a new brand on Namshi, sellers must first submit a brand whitelisting request through Sellerlab. Once submitted, the request undergoes review. If approved, the seller will be notified and the brand is added to the seller's Whitelisted Brands page, where the assigned Brand Code can be copied and used when creating new products. If rejected, the seller will also be notified and they will be able to see the rejection reason and may submit a new request after addressing the identified issue.
The Whitelisted Brands page serves as the seller's main dashboard for managing approved brands and creating new brand whitelisting requests. From this page, sellers can view all brands currently whitelisted for them and in which country of selling, search and filter approved brands, copy Brand Codes, and initiate new brand whitelisting requests.
Once you have multiple brands this is how the table is going to look:
The search bar allows you to quickly locate brands by entering a name.
You can begin typing the first few letters of a brand name, and matching requests will automatically appear in the results.
The Country filter allows you to view requests submitted for a specific country of selling or display requests from all available countries.
When you whitelist a brand, the next step will be creating products under it. Through the whitelisted brand details, you will be able to copy the brand code and use it directly in the importer when creating new products.
There are two ways you can create a new request from the Whitelisted Brands page:
By clicking on the “New Request” button on the top of the page which will redirect you to the request creation page.
By clicking on the “New Request” button on the navigation bar as well.
The My Requests page allows sellers to monitor every brand whitelisting request they have submitted. It provides visibility into each request's current review status, allows sellers to view submitted request details, and, when applicable, delete pending requests before they enter the review process.
Once you have multiple requests this is how the table is going to look:
To view the details for a specific request, you can click on the request directly from the table or you can click on the menu under the Actions column.
Through this menu, you can choose to View the Request or Delete it in case it is still pending and no actions have been taken on it.
When you click “View Request” you will see a popup with all the submitted information along with the status of the request.
