Creating a Brand Ads Campaign
This guide covers every step of creating a Brand Ads campaign, the creative requirements, the tier-based bidding model, and the quality-check submission.
Pricing model — CPM (per 1,000 impressions). Brand Ads are billed per thousand impressions: you pay for how often your ad is shown, regardless of clicks. Your bid also determines your tier — Top (minimum bid 20), Second (minimum bid 10) or Third (minimum bid 4) — so the minimum bid is AED 4.
Where it fits — upper-funnel, awareness. Brand Ads put your logo, name and products in front of a broad audience to build discovery and consideration. Reach is high, but ROAS (return on ad spend) is usually lower than Product Ads, because you are reaching shoppers earlier in their journey — before strong purchase intent has formed.
You are signed in and the correct seller account is selected.
Your catalogue has active SKUs to feature in the ad’s product strip.
Creative assets ready: an English logo is required (80×80–1000×500, max 1 MB). An Arabic logo and mobile/desktop banners are optional. All creative must follow Namshi’s Creative Guidelines.
Bilingual copy: brand name (max 20 characters EN/AR) and headline (max 30 characters EN/AR).
Bidding minimums: tiers require a minimum bid of 20 (Top), 10 (Second) or 4 (Third).
Click Create Campaign, select Brand Ads and click Continue. Brand Ads have four mandatory steps.
Pick the products that will appear in your brand ad. This works exactly like Product Ads: use Manual Selection (browse All, Hidden Gems or Bestsellers, search, and Filter by brand/category) or Bulk Upload a list of SKUs.
Enter your brand’s creative content. Every field must comply with Namshi’s Creative Guidelines.
Brand Name (English / Arabic) — up to 20 characters each.
Headline (English / Arabic) — up to 30 characters each.
Landing Page URL — the store link shoppers reach when they tap the ad.

Logo & banner specifications:
The Brand Ad Preview shows how your ad will look across the app and website. Switch between Search Page 1 and Search Page 2 placements to check your headline, “Shop [Brand] ›” link and product strip before submitting.
Brand Ads use a tier-based model. Your bid determines which tier your ad is eligible for; final placement within a tier is decided automatically by auction ranking and relevancy.
Top Tier — minimum bid 20.
Second Tier — minimum bid 10.
Third Tier — minimum bid 4.
Then choose a targeting strategy: Auto Targeting (Namshi’s algorithms match your ad to the most relevant audience; minimum bid 4) or Manual Targeting (choose your own keywords and categories with per-target bids, exactly as in Product Ads).
Optionally exclude irrelevant searches by adding Exact or Phrase negative keywords (up to 20 of each).
Set the Campaign Name, schedule (Start / End date, or “No end date”) and Daily Budget. Marketplace is fixed to NAMSHI.
Instead of launching instantly, Brand Ads are submitted with Send To Quality Check. Your creative is reviewed by an automated system against Namshi’s guidelines; once approved the campaign goes live and appears in your Campaigns dashboard, where you can monitor performance and pause or resume it. Use Save As Draft to finish later.
