The FBN Inventory Dashboard offers sellers complete visibility of their saleable and non-saleable inventory stored in Namshi warehouses. This guide explains how to access and use the dashboard to effectively track and manage your inventory.

Accessing the FBN Inventory Dashboard

In Seller Lab, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen, select Fulfilled by Namshi and then click Inventory.




 The dashboard provides a summary of saleable and non-saleable inventory. You can:

  • Filter inventory by warehouse.

  • Search for products using PSKU (partner SKU), SKU (ZSKU), or Pbarcode.

  • Sort inventory in ascending or descending order by clicking the Total Stock, Saleable, or Non-Saleable column.

Overall saleable and non-saleable summary:

This dashboard gives a complete overview of the inventory available in the saleable or non-saleable stock. 

 

Saleable Inventory

The Saleable Tab displays information about SKUs that passed the quality check upon receiving items in the Namshi warehouse and are ready to sell. Key details include:

  • Dimensions: Volumetric measurements of the item (longest, median, shortest sides) and size classification.

  • FBN and VMS Fees: Estimated fees charged by Namshi (viewable under the "View Fees" option).

  • Inventory Type: Specifies whether the stock is saleable or non-saleable.

  • Warehouse: Identifies where the inventory is stored.

  • Saleable Quantity: Number of units ready for sale.

  • Total Stock: Overall stock for a particular SKU in the selected warehouse.

 

Non-Saleable Inventory

The Non-Saleable Tab shows items that failed the quality check, either at inbound or due to customer returns.

Categories of Non-Saleable Inventory

  1. All: Full list of non-saleable items.

  2. Stranded Issue: Items stored as non-saleable for over 30 days will incur storage fees.

  3. Content Issue: Items that differ from their catalog listing.

Action Required for Non-Saleable Inventory Reasons

Below is the action table for each non saleable reason:

Content Issue: The items marked as non-saleable with the content issue indicates that the items received on ground were different from what was listed in the catalog. The below table gives all the possible content issue that can occur.

Click on View Box Details to access additional product information on a separate page.

The following table gives a complete explanation of each field seen in the box details page.

  • For boxes created due to a failed inbound quality check, the ASN number will be displayed.

  • For graded boxes, the purchase item number will be displayed.

Box barcode

Date and time when the box was created in Namshi warehouse.

Box Updated At

Date and time when the box was updated in Namshi warehouse.

Box Type

Same as Reason mentioned in the non-saleable tab.

Reason

Same as the visible reason in the table above

Warehouse

Namshi warehouse where the box is stored.

Grade

Grade given to the item by Namshi warehouse team.

QC Images

Images clicked by Namshi warehouse POC at the time of Quality check.

Search, Filter, and Export Inventory

Search and Filter

  • Use the search bar under the All or Saleable Tab to find items by SKU, PSKU, or Pbarcode.

  • Filter items by inventory type in the Non-Saleable Tab.

Export Inventory Report

  • Download a complete inventory report across all warehouses by clicking on Export.

Inventory Dashboard Help Button

The Help Button in the dashboard provides:

  • Access to relevant articles for assistance.

  • An option to submit feedback to improve the dashboard’s usability.
