Manual Manifestation Process for Integration Warehouses

Please Note: 

For integration warehouses, the manifestation process is not supported through an API yet. To ensure a smooth pickup and delivery experience, sellers must manually create a manifest via Seller Lab or Mobile App after generating shipments through the API.

This manual step is required until further notice and is essential to ensure that the courier can collect your packages and proceed with delivery.

When Is This Needed?

Once shipments are created using the Shipment API, they will appear as pending in Seller Lab. These shipments will not be picked up automatically unless a manifest is created.
To proceed with fulfillment, follow the steps below to manually create a manifest.

Note: We always recommend you to create the manifest only when the pickup agent is at your warehouse.

How to Create a Manifest in Seller Lab:

Please follow the steps below to complete your shipment manifestation:

  1. Log in to Namshi Partner Platform
     Go to: https://welcome.Namshi.partners/

  2. Navigate to Manifestation Section

    • Click the menu icon (☰) at the top left.

    • Select "Namshi" from the menu.

    • Go to "Fulfilled by Partner"

    • Click on "Manifestation".

  3. Create Manifestation

    • Select the intended warehouse.


    • Enter the number of shipments you want to hand over.

    • Click "Save Changes" to complete the process.

How to Create a Manifest using Supply Chain External App

Please follow the steps below to complete your shipment manifestation:

  1. Log in to Supply Chain External App

  2. Click on Manifest button > Create New Manifest > Select Giving

  1. Scan the QR code provided by the pickup agent or the warehouse facility.

  2. Enter the number of packages you want to handover in the manifest.

  3. Click Continue

  4. The manifest will be created and the details of the manifest will be available for you



Edit Shipment Count:

  1. You can also edit the count of shipments in the manifest. You can either click on the Edit count button or click on the (+) button then click on the Edit Count option. Mention the number of shipments you want to handover and then click on Continue. 

  1. The manifest count will be edited and the success message will appear on the top.
