Fees Applicable to Cross-Border Shipments from India

* All fees are exclusive of VAT.

I. Default fees

  1. Referral fee 

For each product sold, we shall charge a referral fee based on the product category as detailed in the below table. It shall be applied as a percentage of the sale price on the item sold on Namshi. The referral fees are exclusive of VAT.

  1. Shipping fee

This fee applies to each shipment that is shipped to a customer. The value is based on the weight of a shipment (which shall be either the maximum of volumetric weight or dead weight of the shipment).

d)  Global  Outbound fee

The Global Outbound Fee is charged per item shipped to a customer. It is determined by the product's dimensions and shipping weight.

Note: The fee is applied when the order is shipped and is non-refundable if the order is returned.

II. Circumstantial Fees

a. Storage Fee

           A monthly fee that applies to each item that is stored in a namshi fulfilment centre post being   reinventorized. The fee is calculated based on the size of the item in cubic feet* and the number of storage days.

b. Returns Processing Fee (RETP)

This fee is applicable to each returned item for which Namshi facilitates the return process on behalf of the seller.

Return processing fee : 2AED /item

c. Miscellaneous fees (MISC)

An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customers, or/and are against the local laws and namshi policies, such as counterfeit penalties.

II. Order Cancellation Fee 

The cancellation fee for each category will match the Global referral fee for that category. If a category has an ASP tier, the referral fee for the highest ASP range will be applied.
