Managing product listings efficiently is crucial for Namshi sellers. This guide explains how to list products using the New SKUs Set-up Sheet on Seller Lab. You'll learn step-by-step methods to create new products, download templates, add images, define product variants, update the barcode, add price, and manage your stock. Following these steps ensures your products are accurately listed and visible to customers, enhancing your overall selling experience.
Downloading & Updating the NIS sheet
Single size product create: allows you to list multiple products with one size of the item.
Multiple size product create: allows you to upload and list multiple products with multiple Size Variations.
1. Access Template: Open the Seller lab
2. Go to namshi > Go to Imports > New Imports
3. Choose the Import Groups > Import type > Choose the Category.
4. Download Template:
The template should be filled in English. Fields labelled "EN" and "AR" indicate where to enter each language. While providing content in both languages enhances product visibility as Arabic is optional.
The template requires entering the barcode. Locate the Partner_barcode column and add the barcode directly into that column.
Adding Images to the NIS Sheet
Google Drive:
Upload images to a new Google Drive folder.
Share the folder and set General Access to Anyone with the Link.
Copy the links in CSV format and paste them into the NIS sheet.
Saving & Uploading the NIS Sheet
Save the File:
Save the completed sheet as CSV or XLS.
Upload to Seller Lab:
Go to Imports > New import >
Click on Next > Upload the saved file.
To create variants, you will need to first define the parent <> child relationship between your products in the same sheet.
The creation of the parent SKU and its children should be grouped under a single parent, defined by the parent group ID.
To elaborate on this, let’s see how we can implement this on the NIS sheet.
The above section of the NIS sheet will help you create variants for your products. It also shows the type of text you need to fill in the given cell for the attribute in the top row.
Here you need to first define a Parent Group Key and a Parent SKU. In the example below we have defined this:
Once you have a Parent Group Key and Parent SKU defined, you can use the same Parent Group ID to group multiple children SKU and define them as Child.
Then you need to define the variation that each child would signify, this is defined below:
Please note the Parent SKU will be an independent variable and does not need a size variation defined.
All the content will be pulled from the Parent for the children except the Size Variation and the Partner SKU columns.
SKU whitelisting - to be done by the seller by uploading Global Prices
Path way - noon.com -> Catalog -> Imports -> Global -> Global Price Update
The only difference for Namshi is to add a new column named "marketplace" with the value "namshi_v2" in the upload file
Global price is the selling price in USD without VAT/GST
Pathway - Namshi > Imports > New Imports > Country Visibility Update > Download Template > Upload file > Confirm
Note: is_active_ae will be 1, which denotes live & 0 will denote Not Live in UAE Market
Check the not live catalog and upload Namshi NIS for missing mandatory fields -
Extracting Not Live status is a two step process:
Step 1- Extracting Parent SKUs of not live SKUs
Step 2- Using Parent SKUs to extract not live reason.
Pathway for not live SKUs -
Step1- Pathway for extraction of parent and child SKUs
New Exports> Product Content & Catalog Reports > download the export and copy all Parent SKUs
Pathway for not live SKU wise
Step 2- New Export > Product Live Status Reports> Live Status by Zsku > add parent skus only and Request Export
