How To Add The Bank Details In The Legal Entity.

Ensuring smooth payment transactions is essential for maintaining a healthy business on Namshi. A key step in this process is accurately entering and linking your bank details to enable proper fund transfers. Follow this guide to add or update your bank details and link them to your store for hassle-free payments.

Adding your bank details to your Legal Entity allows Namshi to process payments directly to the correct account. Follow these steps to add and submit your bank information for approval:

  1. Access Store Details:

    • Go to the Home screen in Seller Lab and select Edit Store Details.

  2. Open Legal and Payment Section:

    • Scroll down to Legal And Payment and click on View Details (under your Legal Entity name).

  3. Add Payment Method:

    • In the Legal Entity page, go to the Payment Method section and click on Add Payment Method.

  4. Select Payment Method:

    • Choose your preferred payment method: Bank Account, Payoneer, or Lian Lian. For this example, select Bank Account, then click Next Step.

  5. Enter Payment Details:

    • Complete all required fields in the next step and click Add Payment Details.

  6. Submit for Approval:

Click Submit for Approval. The approval process typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

 

Once the bank details are added and approved, in order for Namshi to process the payment you need to link the bank details to you Legal Entity. This can be done by following these simple steps.

  1. Access Store Details:

    • Return to the Home screen in Seller Lab and select Edit Store Details.

  2. Link Bank Account:

    • Scroll to the Legal & Payment section. Under Bank Account for Payment, select your bank account from the dropdown menu and click Link Bank Account.
