Step 1: Setting Up and Activating Your Store
As a Cross-Border seller from UK, to start selling on Namshi, you’ll first need to create and activate your store on Namshi’s platform. Here’s how to get started:
Create Your Store:
If your store hasn’t been created yet, refer to the detailed instructions in this article.
Add Legal T&C Sign off
For sellers who are not registered in the UAE & KSA, please select non-VAT registered while creating the Legal Entity
Enter your VAT registration details of UAE and KSA if available and submit them for approval.
Your Legal Entity (LE) will undergo an approval flow.
Link Legal Entity and Bank Account Registration:
Once your LE is approved, connect it to your designated bank account to proceed.
Note: The designated bank account details should be compatible with receiving payments in USD.
Sign Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
Agree to the program’s T&Cs. Your LE eligibility will be reviewed again post-signing.
Once approved, you’re officially ready to begin listing your products globally
Adding your products involves listing them as SKUS and activating them for sale. Follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:
Import Product Details:
Add the SKUs for the products you want to sell in the NIS - Cataloguing Sheet, which can be accessed through the seller lab.
UK Sellers will come on the FBP (Fulfilled by Partner) module
Country of Origin
In the NIS Country of Origin- is mandatory for global sellers
Ensure Gender, Brand, Category, Sub Category, Colour, Basic type : (Mandatory fields )
Multi-size product created for parent-child relation SKUs and single-size for single variant SKUs
Set HS CODE
Upload your product’s HS in the NIS template importer found in the seller lab.
Include the 8-digit HS codes for each product, as required by the Customs Authority regulations.
Note: This is a mandatory field.
Enable the Marketplace visibility:
Set the Country Visibility Update Importer to activate cross-border selling from UK to the UAE or KSA.
Price Update
Upload your product’s price using Noon price imports in the seller lab.

Download the Global Product Update & Global Price Update templates and upload them by clicking on Next and submit it
Step 3: Order Fulfillment Guidelines
Please find below the required information to process your orders along with packing guidelines and fees.
Each shipment must be packed separately and include a unique reference number. Maximum chargeable weight per item shouldn’t exceed 20kg.
Use the Purchase Item Nr as QR while generating the shipments
Sellers must not split an order; all items for a single order should be packed in one box.
Use a high-quality packaging material that is suitable for the product’s fragility and size.
Order Fulfillment Process:
Use the Purchase Item Nr as QR while generating the shipments
Click "Fulfilled by Partner" and then "Directship."
Go to the "Pending" tab, filter by "Pending" status to view unprocessed orders.
Click "Create Shipment" for each order.
Click on Add All and click on Continue
Add the .Purchase Item Nr and click on “Create Shipment “
Sellers must send a pre-alert email with an Excel file listing shipment details and ETA at the Namshi UK Hub.Pre alert email ID’s ( sahara@aramex.com,RusselPe@aramex.com AhmedNo@aramex.com ,CB_internal@noon.com,vikrayadav@noon.com pmeganathan@noon.com ) Pre alert format / UKLabeling:
After shipment creation, click on "Action" and choose Re-print AWB
Download the Shipment QR and add it to the package
Use high-quality sticky label paper, printers, and ink to avoid delays or rejections during in warding
● Include the commercial invoice with each shipment as attached and ensure to add the following .
○ Complete HS Code
○ Item Value
○ Country of Origin
○ VAT / EORI Number
○ Customer Name & Address
Handover timing & Location
Shipments dropped before 11:00 AM UK time will be connected the same day; otherwise, they move the next day.

Q. What products are eligible for Namshi Global?
The criteria to sell on Namshi for UK cross-border sellers are:
Items should not be fragile or dangerous goods
Items Volumetric weight or actual weight should not be more than 2kg
Items must not be prohibited/restricted in the UAE by Prohibited to ship in UAE
Items must not be prohibited/restricted in KSA by law. You can find here the products that are Prohibited to ship in Saudi Arabia.

Q.Do I need VAT registration in the UAE or KSA to start a Namshi Global Store?
No, VAT registration is not mandatory for Namshi Global Stores. UK sellers will be registered as non-VAT sellers while selling through the cross-border program.

Seller will upload listing price inclusive of VAT for both AE & SA respectively
Q.How should orders be packaged by Uk Sellers
Sellers are required to use their own branded packaging for each order. Upon arrival in the UAE and KSA, Namshi will repackage the orders in Namshi-branded pouches or boxes.
Sellers must ensure all orders are packed according to Namshi's packing guidelines. Please refer to the packaging guidelines.

How are commercial invoices handled?
One commercial invoice is required per shipment The invoice to include the UK VAT & EORI
It must be printed and physically included with the shipment.

Orders cannot be consolidated across sellers or warehouses until they arrive at Namshi’s facility.
Q.How is the shipping fee calculated?
Shipping is charged at $4 per kg per shipment, based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight.
Examples:
0.85 kg = $3.21.62
1.57 kg = $6.4
Q: How are returns processed?
All returned items are brought back to a free zone warehouse in UAE and go through a QC process. After QC, customer returns are classified as either saleable or non-saleable stock.
Stock is re-inventoried and made available for resale in our freezone warehouse, if it is saleable;
Stock needs to be picked up by the sellers within 30 days if it is non-saleable.
What are the storage options for returns in the UAE?
If VAT registration is held in the UAE, returns can be stored in the UAE mainland warehouse.
Without VAT registration, returns must be stored in the UAE free zone warehouse.

Q: Where can I find the financial statements for a global account?
Sellers can access financial statements by navigating to the ‘Payments & Fees’ section in the Seller Lab of their existing accounts. To view statements for the UAE/ KSA Global Store, sellers must select the country

Q. Will the UAE/KSA VAT charged to the customer be included on the seller's invoice?
No, Namshi collects the applicable VAT and pays it directly to the relevant authorities. VAT or other import-related charges will not appear on the seller invoice. Only the VAT applicable to Marketplace Fees (UAE: 5%, KSA 15%) will be reflected in seller invoice and financial statements.
Q. In which bank account will the seller receive payment?
All payments will be transferred to the bank account linked to the Namshi UK seller account. This account must be capable of receiving payments in USD
Note: Payment will be made from our UAE or KSA entity to the seller's designated bank account. Any additional charges deducted by the receiving bank will be charged to the seller directly and will not be covered by Namshi.
Q. What is the currency of the payment settlement?
Namshi settles all payments in the USD
Q.Does product ownership transfer at any point?
No. Ownership of goods remains with the seller at all times.
Q.Is commission calculated on gross or net retail price?
Commission is applied to the seller price (excluding VAT.)
Q.What are the lead times for shipments to UAE & KSA?
Lead times depend on shipping routes to the consolidation hub. From the hub to the UAE/KSA typically follows a fixed SLA. The SLA to customers we aim to achieve is 4-6 days.
