Namshi Exports

Namshi exports enable sellers to access and analyze their SKU data, sales performance, stock levels, pricing, and financial statements. These reports provide full visibility from both a catalog management and financial tracking perspective, helping sellers monitor performance and resolve issues efficiently.

You can access exports through:
Namshi.com → Exports → New Export

1. Product Live Status Reports

These reports help sellers verify whether their SKUs are live on the website and identify any issues preventing products from going live.

1.1 Live Status by ZSKU

Use this report when you want to check the status of a specific SKU.

Steps:

  1. Download the provided template.

  2. Retrieve the Parent ZSKU from your catalog.

  3. Enter the Parent ZSKU into the template.

  4. Upload the completed template.

This report will show whether the SKU is live and highlight any attribute errors or missing information.

1.2 Catalog Live Status

This report provides a complete overview of your catalog.

It shows:

  • Whether each SKU is live or not.

  • The reason if a SKU is not live.

  • The success or failure status of each product attribute.

Notes
Note:

Set the
page number to 1 to retrieve the first 10,000 SKUs in your catalog.
To access additional SKUs, increase the page number accordingly. Each page displays results in batches of 10,000 (for example, page 2 will show the next 10,000 SKUs).

Please note that Live Status and Warehouse Country are mandatory filters. You must select values for both fields before generating the report, otherwise the export will not be processed.
