Monitoring Your Campaigns (Dashboard)

The Campaigns Overview is your control centre for live advertising. It shows account-level performance, a trend chart, growth recommendations and a table of every campaign — with the ability to filter, sort, edit budgets, and pause or resume in one place. This guide explains each part and how to use it.

The dashboard at a glance

Open Campaigns from the left navigation. The page has four zones: the KPI cards (top), the Performance chart, the Recommendations panel (right), and the campaign table (bottom).

Understanding the KPIs

Each KPI card has an info icon (ⓘ) with its definition. The headline metrics are:

  • ROAS — Return on Ad Spend: revenue generated for every dirham spent, calculated as total revenue ÷ total spends.

  • Revenue — total sales attributed to your ads.

  • Spends — total amount spent on ads.

  • eCPC — effective cost per click (spends ÷ clicks).

  • CTR — click-through rate (clicks ÷ views).

  • Orders — orders attributed to your ads.

  • Views / Clicks — impressions your ads received, and the clicks they generated.

  • ATC — add-to-cart events driven by your ads.

The Performance chart

The chart plots your metrics over the selected date range. Use the toggles above it (ROAS, Revenue, Spends, eCPC, CTR, Orders, ATC) to choose which lines to show — Revenue and Spends are shown by default. Change the period with the date-range picker at the top right.

Filtering the view

Narrow the table and chart with the Status and Ad Type filters, then click Apply.

Status is a multi-select over every campaign state — useful for finding, say, only Paused or Budget Exhausted campaigns:

  • Live · Live - pending changes · Live - changes rejected · Paused

  • Draft · Scheduled · Completed · Archived

  • QC Pending · QC Rejected · Budget Exhausted · Payment Failed

The campaign table

Each row is a campaign. The columns are:

  • Campaign Details — name, ad-type tag (e.g. Product Ad) and targeting tag (Auto / Manual Targeting).

  • Status — the campaign’s current state (Live, Paused, Budget Exhausted, …).

  • Budget — the daily budget, editable inline with the pencil icon. A red “⚠ Missed Revenue” note means the budget is limiting the campaign.

  • Spends / eCPC — spend and effective cost per click.

  • Performance — ROAS, Revenue and Orders.

  • Engagement — Views, Clicks, CTR and ATC.

  • Active — a toggle to pause or resume the campaign.

  • Actions — the (…) menu for further options.

Sort by Budget, Spends or eCPC using the arrows in the header, or search by name with the search box.

Understanding the campaign statuses

A campaign moves through a lifecycle, and its Status tells you exactly where it is and whether it is spending. The statuses group as follows:

Setup & scheduling

  • Draft — saved but not yet submitted. It is not serving and not spending; open it to finish and launch.

  • Scheduled — approved with a future start date. It will go live automatically on that date.

Under review (Brand & Display ads)

  • QC Pending — submitted for the automated creative Quality Check. It is not serving until the check passes.

  • QC Rejected — the creative did not pass the Quality Check. Fix the flagged issue and resubmit.

Live & serving

  • Live — active and eligible to serve, spending against its daily budget.

  • Live - pending changes — the campaign is live, but edits you just made are awaiting the automated Quality Check. The last approved version keeps serving until the new one is approved.

  • Live - changes rejected — the campaign is still live on its last approved version, but your recent edits were rejected in review. Adjust them and resubmit.

Stopped or limited

  • Paused — manually paused with the Active toggle. It is not serving and not spending; resume any time.

  • Budget Exhausted — the daily budget is fully spent for the current cycle, so serving stops until the budget resets — or raise the budget (or apply the matching recommendation) to keep going.

Ended

  • Completed — reached its end date and finished running.

  • Archived — removed from the active list and kept for your records. This is a final state.

Editing budgets and reacting to “Missed Revenue”

When a campaign shows Missed Revenue (or a Budget Exhausted status), its daily budget is capping delivery. Click the pencil beside the budget to raise it inline — or open the matching Recommendation, which pre-fills the suggested amount (see the Recommendations guide).

Pausing and resuming

Use the Active toggle on any row to pause or resume a campaign instantly — the status updates to Paused or Live and a confirmation toast appears. No spend accrues while a campaign is paused.

Recommendations panel

The panel on the right surfaces the top growth suggestions for your account with a View All link. These are covered in detail in the Ad Campaign Recommendations guide.

That’s it!
